Do we get to choose our DJ and work directly with them?

With our company, not only do you get to choose your DJ by watching demo clips to find the personality, style, and energy that best fits your vision, but you also get to work directly with them before your wedding. About 30 days before your date, your DJ will personally connect with you to review the details so you feel comfortable with them, and so they fully understand how you envision your celebration. You will also have access to our planning portal where you can build your timeline, share music preferences, and note special moments. We understand how important your DJ is to the success of your reception, which is why we take the time to ensure everything is personalized exactly the way you want it.
Do you provide music for both the ceremony and reception?
Yes, we can cover both. We provide a separate sound system for your ceremony, including music for guest arrival, processional, recessional, and a microphone for your officiant. Then we transition seamlessly into cocktail hour and your reception.
What happens if something goes wrong or you can’t make it?
We plan for the unexpected so you don’t have to. We always have backup equipment on-site, and we have backup DJs on call. In the rare case of an emergency, your event will still be fully covered without disruption.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured. Many venues already have our certificate of insurance on file, and we’re happy to provide documentation if needed. This is something that you should make sure your vendors have because many venues now make this mandatory.
What is your company’s policy regarding alcohol consumption at an event?
While we encourage couples to create an enjoyable event for their guests, and open bars are often provided, we have a strict no-alcohol policy for our team. Our DJs stay fully focused on your event to ensure everything runs professionally from start to finish. Although it may sound funny, you will never have to worry about the bestman trying to figure out how to play the music because the DJ is passed out!
